Dr. Provenzano taught science at Olney H.S. for over 40 years. He maintained an optometric office in Glenside, managed "Sam's Parking" the family business in Center City, Phila. for 60 years. He was a graduate of Central H.S., the Univ. of Penna. and The College of Optometry in Phila. He was a life Mason and member of Equity Lodge. Services and interment are private.
