Susan passed away at age 33 years old on January 1 1983. She was a lawyer with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington D.C. Susan was survived by her husband Ron M. Landsman a sister, Christine; and her mother, Bertha Bullock.
I remember Susan as being so intelligent and beautiful. Her dad was a minister & came as a guest to our history class senior year. He was so interesting. I thought man, they must have the greatest dinnertime discussions.
Sue was in my graduating class at Finletter and Olney High. She was indeed a very special person. I remember her being very friendly, smart - and for playing the clarinet. She was one of those people that everyone liked and I always think of her with a smile on her face. For many years I had a small box of crayons she gave me because I was always drawing when we were classmates at Finletter. I remember she signed it "to the doodler." Rest in peace, Sue. We'll be together again one day. Kathy Wells
I remember spending our afternoons together at her house after school. We lived close by; she across the street from Cardinal Dougherty and we were just a few streets away on 65th Avenue. I remember her as a very bright young woman. I could just tell even back then that she had a bright future ahead. I was so sorry to hear that she had passed. Can't imagine what happened.
I know how strong your faith was in our Lord. I am sure you have known now for a long time why he took you away from us. I just wish I did. You were all the things I was not, and you would have given us all so much. One day I hope to say Hi again. Dave
