I remember Alan from classes we had together. He had a great sense of humor and a smile was always on his face.

Thoughts and prayers to his family. Another Olney Alum gone too soon.

I'll always remember Alan smiling as we went to our classes. I never saw him get angry. Rest in peace my friend.

I agree with the other posters here. Alan was a nice person with a good sense of humor and aways a smile for a quiet  shy classmate. Sympathy to his family. Rest in Peace.

So sorry to hear of Alan's passing and extending sincere sympathy to his family. We shared many fun times as children together around F and the Blvd.

Such sad news.  I’ve been friends with “Z” since elementary school and was so glad to celebrate with him and some old friends from the neighborhood at his daughter’s wedding just a couple of years ago.  What a good guy he was!  He had a huge personality, full of life.  He was a caring, generous and loyal friend who always managed to put a smile on my face even when we disagreed about something.  I will miss him.

Sad to hear that another friend has departed.  As Jerry has said, Z was full of life with a large personality.  (Such fond memories.)  My sympathy to family and friends.
