My heart is broken at the loss of my friend Mike. I will always cherish the memories we shared in high school, especially our word study class our senior year of high school. He was such a character. I will certainly miss him. May you rest in peace my friend❤️

I remember hanging out with Mike in the school yard at Olney . In the 4 years at Olney I don't think he was in any of my classes , maybe gym or study hall . We connected at school parties . We both had similar interest . After high school Mike got a Atlantic gas station at 2nd & Lindley just 2 blks from Olney . We both had a love for working on cars . If I was in the neighborhood I would stop by to see how things were going . They were always busy , he had a good business going . We shared stories on repairing this or that . I moved on to working primarily on trucks and he moved on to a Shell gas station at 611 & Fitzwatertown Rd. I remember going there , where he showed me his new project , a Vega that he pulled out the 4 Cyl. engine out and dropped a 307 v8 in. I was impressed . He said it was very fast . After the Shell he got his own shop in Medford N.J. I think he needed to get away from the oil companies . I remember stopping there one time to check it out . he seemed pretty happy living next door to his business . But mother nature ended that with a flood . He then went to work at the Cherry Hill Township , taking care of their equipment . Working on trucks might be bigger or harder but it is very different . He didn't have the stress of dealing with the money end of a bussiness or any stress of a customers schedule . He will truly be missed by all who knew him . R.I.P. Mike
