Phyllisina F. Lara (nee Forehand), passed away on August 21st, 2019, age 69. Beloved daughter of Florence Virginia Otey and her husband Alanzo and the late Carl Forehand. Loving mother of Maria Paulette Wallace and her husband James. Dear sister of Linda Love, Diane Otey-Coles, and Carolyn Odocha. Caring grandmother of Mariah. Phyllisina is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
