Wesley was the happiest guy I knew at Olney. He always had a great big smile on his face and a gleam in his eye. We were in the same spanish class together and he wrote a sweet sentiment in my yearbook. He went on to do wonderful things and I'm sure many people were inspired by his energy and zest for life.

Lil Wes, was my friend and neighbor, and his commitment to living his life, just the way he was, even though he felt different than others was inspiring form me.  He beamed and glowed everyday and while his days were cut way too short, he lived life to the fullest.  Love you Wes...Rod

Wesley took a shy classmate on the dance floor and taught her how to dance!  I will never forget his kindness.

Well, I have to agree with Sue. Wesley always had a gleam in his eyes and a great big smile on his face. He was a friend who was so much fun and so huggable! And we enjoyed each others singing. I'm thinking we were in the All City Choir together. My friend, Bernadette Tucker-Johnson sent me the news clipping of his passing. I was here in Oklahoma City when he passed and saddened and surprised he passed so young. Wesley is one of those people you never forget because of his smile and warm personality. So lovable and huggable he was.
