Neal Gibbs, a logistics manager for the US Government, died March 28, 2009. He was 58 and lived in Rosemont, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Lynn ( née Prendergast), and his brother Ian Gibbs (Lynne). He was the uncle of Todd Gibbs (Michelle), David Gibbs (Jami), and Timothy, Christopher, Matthew, Daniel, Madelynn, Allison, and Charlotte Prendergast. He was the Great uncle of Joshua and Noah Gibbs. Mr. Gibbs was a Logistics Manager for the Naval Inventory Control Point for more than 28½ years. He was also an active member of SJCCBnai Aaron Synagogue and enjoyed serving as Corresponding Secretary of its Men's Club. Neal also enjoyed and cherished spending time with his family and friends. A funeral service was held Tuesday, March 31 at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Raphael-Sacks and Interment was at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Collingdale. Shiva will be observed at his late residence Wednesday and Thursday only.
