Very sorry to hear about Karen. She was a wonderful classmate and fun to be around.  Knew her well from Creighton and Olney.  May her memory be for a blessing.

Karen & I went through Creighton, Olney and Temple together and we immediately became very close friends when we first met at Creighton.   We three (including Karen Edelman Grenetz) had been in constant touch via our monthly Zoom chats right up until she passed in Dec.  This is a very difficult loss.  I will always remember Karen's vibrant personality and will cherish the memories from our 62+ years of friendship.

My memories of Karen go back to Creighton days. The 2 Karens ... Weinraub and Edelman, who I always thought were sisters, were such close friends. It was difficult to separate the two sweet "sisters".

Dear Karen...May you rest in sweet peace!

I started Creighton in the middle of first grade. The teacher assigned Karen to show me around. From then on  through Creighton, Olney, and Temple University we were inseparable not to mention in our summertimes, at Hebrew School, USY, etc. Marsha Stein Tabb joined our friendship duo later while at Creighton. After that time, Karen & I lived in different states but kept in touch and the 3 of us would occasionally get together for a day, weekend, or longer. Karen loved life and people and especially her family. She was an avid reader and traveler and was always on the go. Her enthusiasm and caring won her many friends. Karen is dearly missed and her wonderful smile and laugh will not be forgotten.
