Gilbert Page

Gilbert, or "Gil" also known as little Gip by his tribe, was a friend, classmate, and graduate of the class of 1967. After graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was a parachute packer (Rigger) with the 82nd Airborne Division.After his stint he enrolled and graduated from Kings College. He had a passion for the theater arts. His remains repose in the Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville Florida. While in High School he spelled his name as Page which he later changed to Paige. Rest in Peace.

Steve Rubin

The "Footlighters" lost a shooting star with a great sense of humor.

He and Mr. Grossman are probably comparing notes, and staging scenes. I'll never forget the brilliant performances he put in on the stage at Olney.I still can picture him as Sheridan Whiteside in "The Man Who Came To Dinner".

Rest in Peace my friend.

I sat next to Gil in history class. A nice, friendly guy, I remember what a great voice he had. Perfect for theater. Gone too soon.

I have not seen Gil since HS but I have thought of him and the footlighters so many times. He was such a funny guy.Friendly, helpfula and talented too. I wish his familt peace and good memories as I have foirm so loing ago.
