Aw, Mark was my boyfriend junior year! At our junior prom 5/20/66, I double dated with Mark & Suzanne williams (1968), & I was with her cousin, good ol whatshisname! While we were dancing and having a great time together, I remember saying to him "I think we are with the wrong person!" We dated for about a year and he replaced me with a freshman named Helga....boy did that blow my ego! While he was dating me, I secretly caught him holding hands with Helga, so after school I said to him, your hand is so warm, feels kinda like you must have been holding hands. He blushed; his number was up.
He was a great friend during 11 & 12 grades. Always hung out with us at lunch. He was an easy going guy and great to be around.
I was "going steady" with someone and he kept saying he and I should be together instead. He was such fun to know. I was so sorry to hear he had passed away.
